Wine features: Scarlet wine with a tile-coloured rim. I thas an elegant, ample and fruity scent. In mouth this wine is medium-bodied, soft and velvety. It is slightly tannic and has an excellent final persistence which is full with nuances.
Serving suggestions: At 18º/20ºC, its consumption is specially recommended for red meat, game and all kinds of cheese. At a lower temperature, it can be very well combined with seafood and grilled and smoked fish. |
